
RETURNS:
Our customers' satisfaction is of the utmost importance. If, for
any reason, you are not satisfied with a Pocono Gift Basket purchase,
we will happily replace or refund your original purchase price,
(shipping and handling not included), upon receipt of the returned
unopened original product. Please contact us via telephone within
48 hours of receipt for an authorized return. Only authorized

Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Eastern Time for
return information and authorization. We are unable to accept
returns on opened baskets containing food products for health
reasons.
DAMAGED
ITEMS:
Items damaged in delivery or shipping will be fully replaced with
identical item if we are contacted within 48 hours of receipt
of damaged merchandise. Please keep all damaged shipping containers,
as the carrier will require such to process a damage claim. Please
provide us with the name of the purchaser of your gift along with
any item numbers or identification of the product you received.
PRODUCT
SUBSTITUTION:
Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater
or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely
delivery. During warm weather, it is sometimes necessary to substitute
chocolate products with non-perishable sweets.
SALES
TAX:
For all gift items being purchased or delivered in the state of
Pennsylvania, there will be a 6% state sales tax.
